The SPE reports to Ship Superintendent and assist the TS for all matters pertaining to ship spares/stores procurement & service arrangements at worldwide locations. His responsibility also includes making all arrangements towards connecting items on board ship & monitoring required inventories & critical supplies.

Responsible for support & documents control, not last but at least as mentioned:

• Vessels spare parts stores inventory monitoring.
• Ensuring identification of suitable and approved suppliers for various supplies & services.
• Ensuring providing timely quotations from various vendors in time.
• Ensuring quality of supplies within approved budgets.
• Tracking & Monitoring suppliers worldwide & Listing suppliers basis quality & reliance.
• Processing of Supply Invoices in time & follow up on payments as per company policies.
